Keep the certificate current

The expiration date is December 31 and is printed on the certificate. Complete 12 hours of continuing education and pay the annual fee. Keep the CE records. The Commission may audit them. Inaccurate or missing documentation can revoke the certification.

1

Open the portal

Go to the applicant portal and use Forgot Password with the email that received your notice. That email is the login.

2

Complete the profile

If the certificate is missing, it is usually a previous name or an older email. Write to the Commission with alternate emails and earlier name spellings.

3

Attest to continuing education

Claim the 12 hours. You keep the documentation and produce it if you are audited.

4

Pay before December 31

The renewal must be submitted, approved, and paid before December 31 to avoid the late fee of $45. After March 31 an unpaid certificate expires.
